PEDIATRIC COVID-19 VACCINATION CLINIC
SLHAand the City of St. Louis Department of Healthin partnership with Alderwoman Christine Ingrassiawill be hosting a FREE COVID-19(Pfizer) vaccine clinic for children ages 5-11! (Individuals 12+ may obtain a 1st, 2nd or booster COVID-19 vaccine) .
February 19, 2022 @ 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
A $100 gift card will be given to all individuals receiving a COVID-19 vaccine.
The gift card will either be provided to you the same day of vaccination or mailed to your address.
Please bring your COVID-19 vaccine card if you wish to receive a 2nd or booster dose of the Pfizer vaccine.
Please wear a mask and socially distance while attending the event.
