PEDIATRIC COVID-19 VACCINATION CLINIC

SLHAand the City of St. Louis Department of Healthin partnership with Alderwoman Christine Ingrassiawill be hosting a FREE COVID-19(Pfizer) vaccine clinic for children ages 5-11! (Individuals 12+ may obtain a 1st, 2nd or booster COVID-19 vaccine) .

Please bring your COVID-19 vaccine card if you wish to receive a 2nd or booster dose of the Pfizer vaccine.
