St. Louis Housing Authority works to provide a stable future for individuals and families with access to safe, affordable housing. Our federally funded Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) programs currently offer income-based assistance to more than 20,000 residents of St. Louis.

SLHA is seeking proposals from property owners for participation in its Housing Choice Voucher Project-Based Program, which provides project-based subsidy for eligible units through funding received by SLHA from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for its HCV Program.
